Managing Team Sports Essay There is a difference in approach in the preparation of a team and the presentation of a team. The preparation of a team is covered in more detail in the chapter on Team Preparation Management. Team Presentation Management should be a continuation of the Preparation Management of the team. The two Management Teams may not be the same because of the different Management skills required. A handover process should take place between the Preparation Management and the Presentation Management to ensure best results. It is important to note that athletics is a sport for individuals and the presentation of an athletics team should be dealt with differently to the presentation of a team sport. When compiling the Team Presentation Management the individuality of the sport should be kept in mind. This chapter will explain the duties and responsibilities of the Team Presentation Management. 2.
